I placed an order for a large Tiramisu as well as special request for a vegan dessert. They gave me a variety to choose from and I can happily say the Vegan Pannacotta was well received :) (and not only by the vegan in the family) The desserts were fresh, looked fabulous and were incredibly yummy. As I lived nearby, the manager Sunil sent the desserts to me via Uber which made the whole process so easy and great customer experience! We can’t wait to come dine here again when lockdown eases! Until then, we’ll be dreaming about the Tiramisu

The staff is very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home as I started the evening with Prosecco and mouthwatering Nocellara olives.
The menu at Bella Cosa features wholesome homemade Italian dishes, made with high quality ingredients straight from The Bel Paese.
My culinary journey started with a selection of classic antipasti, with a twist: Tartare di gamberi which was fresh and delicate, with a hint of spice and spring onion to enhance the prawn's flavour; Bruschetta, an all time favourite, made with the most fragrant pesto; Caprese con buttata, so fresh milk was still dripping as I cut it. Last but not least, Arancini tartufo e funghi, a crunchy delight.
Now for the mains, and I couldn’t resist trying Cacio e Pepe, which was beautifully presented in a Cacio Pecorino wheel as per true Roman tradition (the moment I taste the first mouthful I felt like being back to Rome); this was followed by Tortelloni funghi e tartufi, a real pasta lover's dream - and I’m not even a pasta lover in general - but these really hit the spot, and the freshly shaved truffles elevated the dish to new heights ???? Last of the mains were perfectly cooked lamb chops beautifully paired with a fragrant mash potato. All washed down with an amazing Italian white.
And of course, no Italian meal is complete without tiramisu for dessert. Bella Cosa's version was fresh and delicious, just like mama used to make! ????
Overall, Bella Cosa is a good competitor for other Italian restaurants in the wharf, offering true original flavours, generous portions and excellent customer service without breaking the bank.
A must visit for a romantic soirée or an evening among friends ????
